The large conference room is the room eMYRge uses for its own workshops and demo nights, so it is set up for a group that needs to see a screen and hear each other.

Two rooms, booked by the hour
Sometimes you do not need a desk, you need a room: twenty-five people for a workshop, or four people for a conversation that should not happen at an open table. Both rooms sit inside the HTC Aspire Hub and are bookable Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Small meeting room
Up to 4 people
The small meeting room is for the conversations that should not happen at an open desk: a coaching session, a candidate interview, a call you would rather not broadcast.

Room hours are not member hours
Rooms are bookable Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. A 24/7 membership lets you into the building outside those hours; it does not open the rooms.

How much does a room cost?
Room rates are not published on the eMYRge site. The Coworks booker shows current availability and pricing before you confirm anything.
When can rooms be booked?
Meeting rooms are available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. That is true whether you are a member or not — 24/7 facility access on some memberships does not extend to room bookings outside those hours.
Do I have to be a member?
No. The room booker is open to anyone; members and non-members use the same system.
