Meeting rooms
The large conference room
The large conference room is the room eMYRge uses for its own workshops and demo nights, so it is set up for a group that needs to see a screen and hear each other. It is the biggest room eMYRge books out — up to twenty-five people, a display at the front, and coffee within walking distance of your break.

Questions
Before you book
How many people really fit?
eMYRge publishes a capacity of up to 25. How that seats depends on the layout you want, so say what you are running when you book.
What does it cost?
Hourly rates are not published on the eMYRge site. The room booker shows current pricing and open times before you confirm.
Can I get in outside 9am–5pm?
Rooms are bookable Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. After-hours facility access on some memberships does not extend to room bookings.
How do I use the screen?
There is a written guide for the conference room display setup, linked below, so nobody spends the first ten minutes hunting for a cable.
